The remainder of Chapter 7 will consist of Blog Posts and Case Studies using the concepts we have laid out, utilizing the tools in the Alchymist Platform.
In June of 2017 we began blogging/posting our Trade Ideas on www.Tradingview.com - We post under the handle Mr_Dent. - we will leave it to you to figure out why.
What we really like about their platform is that it enables you to make public your ideas in real time, while then having a "playback" function to see how your analysis fared. Once a post is public it cannot be removed, so you can't hide mistakes or bad calls. While it so happens that we hit on a disproportionately large number of these trades, we aren't linking them here to toot our own horn.
Rather, As you go through the posts you will see a familiar theme and understand how we implement a winning program- by using proven, winning tactics.
1 - We start with a Fundamental Idea or thought.
2 - We follow the footprints of the Commercial Traders and Hedge Funds looking for clues.
3 - We look for setups that place the odds in our favor.
4 - We always hedge with options.
5 - We evaluate our Risk and Reward and look for setups of minimum 2-1.
6 - We let price action put us into, and take us out of trades via our actionable pivot points.
Then you simply roll the dice and see what comes up. Win or lose, you repeat the same process... time, after time, after time, after time, after time.... Don't assign any particular bet greater value than any other. Treat them all the same.. as one flip of the coin...one roll of the dice. No Emotion, just Cold Execution of your plan.
Methodical, Meticulous, and Mechanical. Each and Every time.
